ORDER FULFILLMENT AND SHIPPING
Orders are fulfilled on weekdays from 8:00 AM til 4:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST). Any orders placed after 4:00 PM (EST) will be processed the following business day. Each DOAP is handmade to order, and will be fulfilled in the order received. Orders usually ship within 10-14 days after an order is received. Fulfillment is done in house. You will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for your shipping number to be active. Depending on the country some international tracking numbers may not be updated once the package leaves the US.
DOAP is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Package insurance is included in your purchase, however, any packaged marked “Return To Sender”, “Insufficient Address”, “Unable To Forward” or the like will be immediately refunded less $7 for fulfillment labor, transportation and packaging material costs.
Gift Boxes marked “Return To Sender” and/or “Insufficient Address” can be re-sent for a $15 re-packaging fee (not including new shipping costs), or a flat refund of $15 can be issued.
REFUND POLICY

We respect your privacy! All personal information submitted to us is kept strictly confidential & will never be shared. We may contact you on occasion via email for special promotions, sales or new designs, but only if you elect to receive marketing emails.
